1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AxionBrand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
AxionBrand provides digital marketing, social media management, performance advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads), SEO, branding, video production, and website development services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms are specified in project proposals. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. AxionBrand retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials used in creating deliverables.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary access, assets, information, and timely feedback required for us to deliver services effectively. Delays in client feedback may impact project timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
AxionBrand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project proposal. The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
